Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out processes with a friendly demeanor.
- Bartending as necessary depending on the season.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions in the hotel management system.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experiences.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor security systems and ensure the safety of guests during night shifts.
- Assist in training new front desk staff on procedures and customer service standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or customer service roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on guest relations.
- Ability to work independently during evening shifts while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous for enhancing guest interactions.
