Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing daily front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures and guest inquiries
- Support the front desk team in delivering outstanding customer service and guest relations
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, adhering to phone etiquette standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly
- Handle night audit responsibilities, reconciling accounts and preparing reports for management
- Train and mentor front desk staff to maintain high standards of service quality
- Address guest concerns or complaints efficiently, aiming for prompt resolution and guest satisfaction
- Support management in implementing hotel policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and inventory management
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly at the front desk or guest services roles
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and guest relations
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities to effectively communicate with diverse guests are preferred
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is essential
- Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel management practices
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Leadership qualities with the ability to train, motivate, and support a team in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
