Room Attendant Overview:
First impressions are everything! As a Room Attendant with Waterford Hotel Group, you will have the opportunity to create lasting memories for every guest, ensuring guestrooms are comfortable, inviting ,and clean. A housekeeping room attendant promotes a positive image of the property, ensuring a memorable guest experience.
What you will be doing:
Room attendants are responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms to provide a pleasant and comfortable experience for guests. They ensure that all rooms are inviting and clean and address all guest requests.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting guests and responding to queries.
Changing bed linen and making beds.
Replacing used towels and other bathroom amenities, such as shampoo and soap.
Sweeping and mopping floors.
Vacuuming carpets.
Dusting and polishing furniture.
Emptying trash containers.
Cleaning public areas, such as corridors.
Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs.
Updating status of guest rooms to Supervisors or Managers.
Returning and restocking cleaning supplies at shift end.
Job Requirements:
