- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details using hotel management software.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and proactive solutions to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Support night audit procedures by reconciling daily financial transactions and preparing reports as needed.
- Collaborate with hotel management and housekeeping staff to ensure smooth operations and guest comfort.
- Promote hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
- Uphold security protocols by monitoring access points and ensuring the safety of all guests and staff.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting is highly desirable.
