Duties

- Manage multi-line phone systems with efficiency, handling reservations, inquiries, and guest requests promptly and courteously
- Assist guests with their needs by providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Handle guest relations issues with tact and professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
- Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and security of all records
- Maintain accurate guest records and reservations using hotel management software
- Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure smooth communication across all hotel departments
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is highly preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a significant advantage, enabling effective communication with diverse guests
