As a newly opened property, we’re building a team of passionate professionals who are excited to shape the future of hospitality in the Triangle. Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, passionate Director of Sales with a strong food and beverage background to lead our sales efforts. This role is ideal for a team player who thrives on creating genuine connections, driving revenue, and bringing their vision to life in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive hotel revenue across all segments. Cultivate relationships with corporate, group, and leisure clients. Collaborate with the F&B team to promote High Rail and other hotel offerings. Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions. Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve quarterly goals and KPIs. Partner with the General Manager and leadership team to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Qualifications: Proven experience in hotel sales, preferably in a lifestyle or extended stay property. Strong understanding of food and beverage operations and integration into sales strategy. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Creative thinker with a passion for hospitality and guest experience. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
