What are the responsibilities and job description for the Plant Operations Assistant position at HYATT FAMILY FACILITIES?
As the Maintenance Assistant you will be responsible to:
- Receive and follow maintenance schedule/instructions from your supervisor and as outlined in our established maintenance policies and procedures.
- Perform routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas, driveways.
- Perform routin e maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment to include plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, mechanical as directed by the Maintenance Director.
- Follow all established safety procedures and precautions when performing maintenance service.
- Maintain general plant and facility in good repair, ensuring a safe, clean and orderly environment.
- Replace burned out light bulbs, to includeexit lights, overhead lights, fluorescent lights, room call lights, etc. Perform housekeeping duties in very high places.
- Report all incidents/accidents, no matter how minor, to your supervisor immediately.
- Perform unscheduled maintenance tasks as directid.
- Report equipment malfunctions or breakdowns to your supervisor as soon as possible.
- Ensure maintenance supplies have been replenished in work areas as necessary.
- Assure that residents rights to fair and equitable treatment, self-determination, individuality,privacy, property and civil rights, including the right to wage complaints are followed.
- Keep your work area free of hazardous conditions, i.e. grease/oil spills, excess supplies, equipment, etc.
- Other related duties as may become necessary or as directed by your supervisor and or administrator.
Salary : $20 - $22
