Licensed Nurse

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care with warmth and empathy
• Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, Med Techs, Caregivers, therapists and other care team members
• Support residents in achieving their recovery goals
• Overseeing the care provided to our residents, ensuring that each individual's needs are met with empathy and professionalism. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement personalized care plans, monitor resident progress, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Current Washington State valid license – Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Previous experience in long-term care or nursing homes preferred.
• Strong knowledge of resident rights, safety regulations, and best practices in elder care.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and foster a positive work environment.
• Compassionate and dedicated approach to resident care.
