Position Summary: The Guest Request/ Linen Runner is responsible for completing guest request to ensure guest satisfaction as well as assisting the housekeeping team with linen distribution and delivery. The Guest Request/ Linen Runner creates an experience an experience for our hotel guests by offering them a clean, stylish, comfortable environment.

- Complete requests to guest rooms to ensure guest satisfaction
- Deliver linen to housekeeping closets
- Stock housekeeping carts
- Manage towel inventory at the pool
- Organize and stock housekeeping closet
- Manage inventory of guest supplies, inform Housekeeping Manager with weekly par levels
- Complete project of the day.
- Check closets and clean as necessary.
- Perform their work in a safe manner.
- Report to work on time and in proper uniform.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Education: no formal education required.
Experience: No previous experience necessary. Previous housekeeping experience desirable.
Hours required: Scheduled days and time vary based on hotel needs. Must be able to work weekends.
Ability to read a limited number of two or three syllable words.
Ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight (minimum of 30 lbs)
