Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Host position located at the Hyatt Centric Key West Resort & Spa in Key West, FL. The Host will serve as the first point of contact for guests, warmly greeting them, managing reservations, and coordinating table assignments to ensure exceptional dining experiences. Key responsibilities include maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, answering inquiries about the menu and resort amenities, and assisting the restaurant team in delivering excellent customer service. The Host will contribute to smooth operations during dining hours while upholding Hyatt’s standards of hospitality.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to warmly greet guests, provide information, and address inquiries.
- Exceptional Customer Service abilities, with a focus on creating positive experiences and fostering guest satisfaction.
- Basic knowledge of Food & Beverage concepts, menu offerings, and the ability to make recommendations to guests.
- Experience or willingness to learn Sales techniques to promote restaurant offerings and events.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and willingness to participate in ongoing Training for skill enhancement.
- Previous experience in hospitality and familiarity with Key West culture and attractions is a plus.
