Position Overview:
As the Host/Hostess, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. We're looking for someone who is personable, organized, and very familiar with reservation systems, who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Recent experience in food and beverage is a must, as is a flexible schedule (including days, nights, weekends and holidays) to accommodate various shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet and welcome guests warmly as they arrive, creating a positive first impression.
· Closely manage reservations and guest seating using Resy, our restaurant reservation system.
· Have the ability to trouble shoot any potential issues that may arise, such as overbookings.
· Assist in monitoring the dining room and the status of seated tables, ensuring guests are seated in a timely and efficient manner.
· Coordinate with the restaurant staff to ensure smooth service flow and communication.
· Provide guests with menu information and assist with special requests or accommodations.
· Answer phone calls and assist with reservation inquiries, cancellations, or changes, as well as answer any general questions about the Club.
· Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
· Assist with other duties, including completing take-out orders, bussing tables, and/or running food.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
