This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week and offers a flexible work schedule Monday through Friday during core business hours.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- This position supports the Mobility and Training Aircraft Program Office and will demonstrate an understanding of DoD acquisition processes.
- Will collaborate with the division chief, program manager, subject matter experts, and other personnel in the execution of the development programs and projects.
- Edit, coordinate and publish program related documents, briefing slides, and meeting minutes
- Assist with creation/update of schedules using the Government-licensed version of Microsoft Project
- Create graphic charts of programmatic using data in spreadsheets following division staff guidance regarding content and display
- Manage suspense tracking using SOCCER and the response submission process for the division
- Assist the Government and Contractor personnel with arranging travel reservations and submitting travel voucher submission related to official trips
- Ensure routine office supplies are stocked for use by division personnel
- Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience.
- High school diploma, fifteen (15) years of relevant experience and five (5) years of DoD experience.
- Bachelor’s degree, ten (10) years of relevant experience and three (3) years of DoD experience.
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week and offers a flexible work schedule Monday through Friday during core business hours.
Other Position Requirements:
- Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position.
- Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance by start date.
