HX5 is currently seeking a Acquisition Program Specialist at a Senior level to join our team at Eglin Air Force Base in Fort Walton Beach, Florida.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide Configuration and CDRL Data Management.
- Coordinate with program management, systems engineers, and other stake holders in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment to maintain alignment between technical and contractual obligations.
- Deliver broad reach-back support across functional disciplines for AFPEO/EB portfolio programs.
- Produce high-volume program products quickly to meet short-notice direction when internal resources are limited.
- Assist in creating briefings, and staffing materials.
- Maintain requirements traceability and generate reports/ analyses to update CDDs and CPDs for senior decision makers.
- Enable rapid, integrated response to MAJCOM changes and inputs.
- Support government activities in acquisition program management, enterprise integration, developmental planning, and draft contract source selection.
- Provide advisory support for rapid response/delivery, program communication and reporting, schedule execution, risk management, contract management, and technical data management
- Associates degree and fifteen (15) years of professional experience
- Bachelor's degree and ten (10) years of professional experience
- Master's degree and seven (7) years of professional experience
- This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week and offers a flexible work schedule Monday through Friday during core business hours.
- Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position.
- Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.
- Must be able to travel as required.
