This position oversees daily production activities, ensuring that safety, quality, and efficiency standards are consistently met. The Production Supervisor coordinates production schedules, assigns tasks, and monitors workflow to meet output targets and delivery timelines. The role includes supervising and coaching production team members, resolving operational issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The Production Supervisor also collaborates with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams, maintains accurate production records, and communicates updates and performance metrics to management.
