Position Summary

Director of IT (Oracle Fusion ERP)

Full-time, direct hire

4x days a week on site - role can be located in Raleigh, NC or New York, NY

Up to $210k base plus bonus

US citizens / Green Card holders only

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Business IT Services to lead and evolve our global enterprise systems landscape, with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion ERP, PMO, SOX compliance, and GMP-regulated environments. This role is critical in bridging IT and business functions, ensuring robust governance, scalable processes, and a culture of continuous improvement across finance, inventory, and manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on role with an operational focus. This position reports to the Chief Information Officer.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Fusion ERP across finance, supply chain, and manufacturing
• Oversee ERP change control processes, ensuring alignment with regulatory & compliance requirements
• Ensure IT enterprise systems and processes meet SOX compliance standards
• Partner with internal business teams to support audits and regulatory inspections
• Project management, change management, configuration management and stakeholder management

Required Experience & Skills

• 15 years of progressive experience in IT Digital Transformation
• 10 years expertise in ERP systems, 5 years experience in Oracle Fusion ERP
• Demonstrable expertise in SOX compliance, inclusive of audit support
• Strong background in finance and accounting processes and controls
• Demonstrated success in change management, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement
• Experience developing and managing configuration management processes
• Experience in project management and PMO
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, or related field
• Must be a US citizen of Green Card holder
