We’re Hiring: Business Systems Analyst — AML (New York based)
In this role, you’ll support a major AML program by managing requirements, optimizing data flows, and owning production support. You’ll translate complex technical information into clear business insights, ensuring alignment across engineering, compliance, and leadership teams.

Lead the creation and management of Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
Work hands-on with Actimize AML solutions
Collaborate on ETL pipelines and data flow optimization
Own and manage production support, incoming issues, and release cycles
Partner closely with both technical teams and senior leadership
Play a key role in improving AML technology, processes, and system performance
You’ll be a critical contributor to the success of this AML program — and the go-to liaison ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant system operations.
If you have:
Work authorization in the U.S.
Hands-on experience with AML Systems
Strong background in BSA/AML
Experience developing and managing BRDs
Excellent communication skills across technical and executive audiences
Ability to manage support issues, prioritize workflow, and coordinate upgrades
