Indirect Sourcing Manager
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving savings and building strong supplier partnerships? We’re looking for a Principal Indirect Sourcing Manager to join our growing team! Reporting to the Director of Indirect Procurement, you’ll play a key role in shaping sourcing strategies across multiple indirect categories—such as HR, IT, Marketing, MRO, Professional Services, Real Estate & Facilities, Transportation & Logistics, and more. This is your chance to make a real impact on operational efficiency while working in a collaborative, dynamic environment. Maryland or Massachusetts location. Relocation available.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for a broad range of indirect services and goods
- Identify opportunities for meaningful cost savings and process improvements across OpEx and CapEx
- Negotiate contracts to secure the best pricing and terms with suppliers
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring performance excellence
- Partner with internal teams to align procurement strategies with business goals
- Track, report, and communicate monthly savings and KPIs to executive leadership
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5 years of experience in indirect procurement or sourcing, managing two or more categories
- Proven track record in change management and continuous process improvement
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing supplier contracts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP Ariba
- Experience with Spend Control Tower
