Assembler I – Milford, MA
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembler I to support light assembly and packaging of electro-mechanical and optical assemblies. This role plays a key part in meeting production schedules and quality standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform light assembly and packaging of electro-mechanical and optical assemblies and subassemblies
- Support production goals by following established processes and quality standards
- Assist in identifying and supporting corrective actions related to instruments, assemblies, processes, tooling, and materials
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency
- Assist with reviewing and updating documentation related to assembly processes and equipment
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the department manager
Qualifications:
- Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment preferred
- Basic computer skills required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
