Job Title: Electrical Engineer – Analog & RF SystemsLocation: Yorba Linda, CA (Onsite, 5 days per week)Pay Rate: $55–$65/hr DOEClearance: Must be a U.S. Citizen; ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance (interim acceptable)Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer – Analog & RF Systems to support the design, development, integration, and testing of high-performance electronic hardware systems. This role involves hands-on analog and RF circuit design, schematic capture, PCBA layout guidance, and troubleshooting in a lab environment. The ideal candidate brings strong technical depth in analog and RF engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional engineering teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, modify, test, and integrate complex electronic equipment, components, and circuitry.Determine design approaches, parameters, and feasibility based on electrical requirements as well as time and cost constraints.Perform circuit analysis, experimental testing, data evaluation, and operational performance studies.Select appropriate electronic components based on reliability, specifications, and system performance needs.Support and/or lead design activities for new or existing products, with emphasis on mid-frequency and analog/RF performance.Contribute to design-for-manufacturability across all development phases.Lead or assist with design modifications responding to component obsolescence, including card-level redesigns.Provide technical solutions to complex engineering issues affecting project milestones and deliverables.Create schematics for digital and analog circuits and provide guidance for PCB layout activities.Support vendor evaluation and capability assessments when required.Develop supporting product materials including operations manuals, test procedures, and presentation/training materials.Participate in cross-functional collaboration with systems, mechanical, software, and test engineering teams.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and 4 years of relevant experience;OR Master’s with 2 years;OR 8 years of experience in lieu of a degree.Minimum 3 years of Analog Circuit Design experience.Minimum 3 years of RF electronics experience.Minimum 2 years of schematic capture & PCBA layout using Altium or Cadence.Minimum 3 years of hands-on lab experience troubleshooting analog and RF circuits.Minimum 2 years using lab equipment such as network analyzers, frequency generators, vector analyzers, and digital/analog oscilloscopes.Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across engineering disciplines.Must be able to work onsite Monday–Friday.U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain a Secret clearance.Preferred SkillsFamiliarity with GPS electronics and circuit design.Experience with A/D and D/A circuit design and interfacing methods.Use of industry-standard EDA tools for schematic capture and PCB layout.Experience developing or supporting military-grade electronics.Practical knowledge of project management and vendor evaluation.Soft SkillsMust Have:Strong verbal and written communication.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide clear technical status.Nice to Have:Project management fundamentals and vendor assessment experience.#ZIPBANGORCompany DescriptionWe are HW Staffing, and our mission is to “Connect Great People with Great Companies.” Collectively, we are revolutionizing how staffing services support the employee and client.
