Job Title: Electrical Engineer
Job DescriptionThe Electrical Engineer will be responsible for the definition, architecture, design, implementation, and integration of mixed signal and/or analog circuits in high-reliability electronics. This role involves developing low noise analog circuits as well as quiet power supplies for imaging sensors.
Responsibilities
- Define and architect mixed signal and/or analog circuits.
- Design and implement high-reliability electronics.
- Develop low noise analog circuits.
- Create quiet power supplies for imaging sensors.
- Integrate circuit designs into larger systems.
Essential Skills
- Proficient in Altium, Cadence Allegro, or similar tools.
- Expertise in schematic capture and oscilloscope usage.
- Experience in mixed signal design and analog design.
- Capability to debug complex electronic systems.
- Familiarity with space flight hardware.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE).
- Over 10 years of experience in analog circuit design.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance.
Work Environment
The role supports and/or leads the architecture of imaging payloads, contributing to projects that support the US Space Force Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture. This involves working with technologies that enable missile warning, tracking, defense, secure global communications, positioning, navigation, timing, and tactical data transport and targeting support. The work environment requires a focus on innovation and precision, ensuring high-reliability standards in a collaborative setting.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Cypress, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $85.00/hr.
