We have been retained by a global organisation at the forefront innovation to appoint a strategic HR Director to lead its People and Organisational Development agenda across North America & LATAM. Reporting into the global People leadership function, this role will act as a critical business partner to the regional executive team, shaping culture, capability, and organisational effectiveness as the business continues to scale.
The Opportunity:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the President and senior leadership, driving a people strategy that supports growth, innovation, and performance.
- Lead regional initiatives across organisational design, talent attraction and development, total rewards, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with global Centres of Excellence to deliver aligned HR programmes and best practices.
- Oversee HR operations and benefits delivery across the Americas.
- Use data and insights to inform strategic workforce decisions and strengthen organisational health.
Your Profile:
- Demonstrable HR leadership experience, ideally within a high growth manufacturing business that has seen rapid expansion.
- Demonstrated success influencing senior stakeholders and building high-performing teams through transformation and growth.
- Strong expertise across organisational development, leadership capability, and talent management.
- Commercially astute, with exceptional communication and emotional intelligence.
