What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including split systems, package units, heat pumps, and air handlers
- Perform preventive maintenance and system checkups
- Troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, airflow, and controls issues
- Present repair and replacement options to customers in a clear, honest way
- Document every job completely in ServiceTitan, including photos, notes, readings, and recommendations
- Keep your service vehicle clean, organized, and stocked
- Take part in the after-hours on-call rotation
- Represent True Blue professionally on every call
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on HVAC service experience (required)
- EPA 608 Type II certification or higher (required)
- Clean driving record and a valid driver's license (required)
- Ability to pass a background check (required)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Professional appearance and good customer communication
- Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and on rooftops in Florida heat
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and use ladders safely
Preferred
- ServiceTitan or similar field software experience
- Florida HVAC experience
- Light commercial experience
