Compensation Transparency
The expected hourly wage range for this position is $29 - $31 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:Clinical & Operational Duties
- Provides prompt and efficient basic, intermediate, or advanced life support care to patients prior to EMS arrival, as required by licensure.
- Assists physicians in all aspects of patient care and performs occupational health services (drug screens, audiometry, PFT, respirator fit testing).
- Utilizes telemedicine systems appropriately and maintains competency in all onsite diagnostic equipment.
- Measures and records vital signs, collects specimens, documents all patient interactions, and ensures required forms and reports are completed accurately.
- Conducts regular equipment inspections, inventories, and readiness checks for assigned shift and location.
- Ensures medications, medical supplies, and emergency equipment are stocked and compliant during assigned shift.
- Participates in “ManDown” drills, site safety meetings, and emergency response activities.
- Serves as the primary onshift point of contact for clinical personnel, coordinating work assignments and ensuring coverage.
- Provides onscene leadership during medical incidents by directing bystanders, supporting personnel, and managing patient surroundings until EMS arrives.
- Monitors staff adherence to clinical protocols, safety practices, documentation standards, and site policies.
- Supports onboarding of new staff members, including shadowing, skill support, and locationspecific training.
- Communicates shiftspecific updates, operational issues, and incident details to management and participating partners.
- Acts as liaison between clients, workers’ compensation partners, and internal managers to relay routine information regarding medical treatments and procedures.
- Assists with development and implementation of site Medical Emergency Response Plans (MERP).
- Generates and submits shiftlevel operational reports and incident documentation as required.
- Performs other shiftrelated duties as assigned to support safe, compliant, and efficient medical operations.
- Must be able to work 5060 hours per week.
- Must be able to work rotating 1012 hour shifts
- Work 8 week/1 week rotation work 8 weeks and rotate home for 1 week
- Ability to regularly push, pull, and/or lift up to 50 lbs throughout the work shift.
- Ability to climb without difficulty.
- Ability to frequently stand, walk, handle or feel objects, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl in small spaces.
- Ability to talk, hear, and taste/smell while performing job duties.
- Must have a favorable driving record for the past 5 years.
- Must pass detailed Criminal Background, Motor Vehicle Record, and Drug Screen checks.
- Ability to work independently in remote or isolated locations.
- Must have strong team collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of industryspecific safety procedures (ex: construction).
- Strong critical thinking and decisionmaking in highpressure situations.
- Skilled in administering emergency care (CPR, trauma management, etc.).
- Knowledge of safety standards (OSHA, local/state regulations).
- Proficient in medical recordkeeping and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with workers and management.
- Physical stamina to lift, assist, and manage patients.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under stress.
- Experience as a Advanced Life Support (ALS) provider
- Required certifications and licenses
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) certificate or equivalent
- Driver’s license
- NREMT Paramedic License or State License
