Your Role

We are seeking a Plumbing Designer with 2-5 years of HVAC and plumbing design experience who has the technical skills to support the designs for our growing portfolio of projects.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with HVAC and Plumbing load calculations, equipment selection, and code compliance reviews
• Coordinate with architects, contractors and internal team members to ensure fully integrated designs
• Prepare and review drawings, specifications, and reports
• Conduct QA/QC on plans, specs, and reports

What You Bring

• 2-5 years of experience in plumbing/HVAC design for buildings or facilities
• Working knowledge of IMC, UPC, Energy Code and ASHRAE Standards.
• Some experience with Revit, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Initiative to grow professionally
• Strong communication and attention to detail

What We Offer

We are targeting a base salary of $70,000 to $150,000. We will assess based on several factors including education, experience, licensing, and a history of working in the Seattle area.

• Minimum of fifteen (15) days PTO, and higher for more experienced employees
