Customer Care Coordinator in an Evergreen Private Family Business
Compensation: starting salary of $53,000-66,000/yr

This role spearheads a new development opportunity through effective new customer follow-up to nurture new business opportunities. No cold calls. You will work with customers to understand their business needs and optimize their continuous relationship with Huyett. This is a highly collaborative role where you will partner with teammates in Inside Sales, Marketing, E-Commerce, and Merchandising. B2B commerce so customers are pleasant and professional. Our schedule is a traditional Monday-Friday workday with no nights or weekends. Potential to move into more complex layers of Sales Operations such as: Strategic Quotes, Sales Engineering, and managerial roles, and may serve as the starting point to build out an entire team.
Qualifications
Ideal Qualifications:
- Prior customer service experience
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Sense of team play and care for peers and fellow team members
- Competent administrative and personal organization skills.
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office programs experience.
Work Environment: Office setting with friendly, outgoing, team-oriented staff. Fast-paced, productive work environment. Occasional work in our manufacturing plant environment to interface with operations teammates. Potential future trade show support and 3 days’ travel not more than three times annually. Potential additional overnight travel to support product knowledge and professional development training.
