As a Restaurant Supervisor you will demonstrate a high level of service, attention to detail for exceptional guests’ satisfaction and positive associate relations. We are looking for a food & beverage professional with leadership and organizational skills to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising hotel restaurant operations.
- Administrative skills.
- Greeting guests and responding to queries or concerns in a timely manner.
- Reviewing customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service.
- Expediting orders as needed.
- Assist Manager in maintaining food and beverage inventory.
- Monitoring cash flow and settling outstanding bills.
- Schedule appropriately with Manager.
- Time management and problem-solving skills.
- Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs.
- Assisting in training and mentoring new associates.
- Supervising, supporting and working shifts.
- Communicating with culinary and kitchen teams.
Job Requirements:

- Have a keen eye for detail, time management and great customer service skills.
- Supervising experience is preferred but not necessary.
- Pleasant and friendly demeanor.
- Able to work as a team and independently.

- Physical mobility and stamina.
- Ability to follow instructions.
