Seeking an experienced Vice President of Restaurant Operations to join a growing hospitality group in New Jersey. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role responsible for establishing and elevating operational standards, SOPs, and service culture across a portfolio of upscale restaurant concepts. The role will provide strategic direction while maintaining active, on-the-ground oversight, leading new restaurant openings, and holding full P&L responsibility to drive performance, consistency, and brand excellence.
The ideal candidate will have 10β15 years of progressive leadership experience overseeing multiple high-end or luxury restaurant concepts and will bring a strong operator mindset with exceptional financial acumen. This individual is a polished, detail-oriented leader and strategic thinker who thrives in growth environments, partners effectively with finance, HR, and IT teams, and is passionate about developing teams and delivering best-in-class guest experiences.
