We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager for two intimate luxury properties located in the heart of Carmel-by-the-Sea. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in the rooms division, with additional food and beverage experience considered a significant plus.
Candidates must have a proven track record working within small boutique hotels and collaborating closely with independent owners.
This is a highly visible, guest-facing role that requires a leader who fully understands and upholds luxury and Forbes standards. The position is hands-on and operationally focused, overseeing both rooms and F&B while providing consistent leadership, training, and service excellence. The Hotel Manager will report directly to the Managing Director. Success in this role requires exceptional training abilities, strong organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
The salary range for this position is $120k to $130k plus incentive.
