CHEF DE CUISINE | PRIVATE CLUB | MARTHA’S VINEYARD
A premier private club is seeking an accomplished Chef de Cuisine to lead culinary operations across a diverse and dynamic property.
This is a year-round leadership position overseeing multiple dining experiences, including a casual breakfast and smoothie concept, fast-paced lunch service, an upscale pub-style dinner restaurant featuring brick oven pizza, and an active private events and banquet program.
The Club operates seasonally from mid-June through October, creating an exciting environment that combines the energy of a busy seasonal operation with the stability and responsibility of a year-round leadership role.
The Chef de Cuisine will oversee all culinary operations, ensuring exceptional quality, consistency, and execution across every outlet. This individual will lead and develop the culinary team while managing menu development, food quality, purchasing, food costs, staffing, and daily kitchen operations.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on, creative, and highly organized culinary leader with experience managing multiple outlets and high-volume service. Strong banquet and private events experience is highly valued, as is the ability to deliver both approachable and elevated culinary experiences.
