What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be part of a tight‑knit crew helping build and repair decks and siding on residential and commercial projects. Expect hands‑on work, problem‑solving, and plenty of time outdoors.

Your day-to-day includes:

• Measuring, cutting, and installing materials
• Using hand and power tools (the fun stuff)
• Following plans, blueprints, and Crew Lead instructions
• Keeping the jobsite clean, safe, and organized
• Loading/unloading materials
• Communicating with your team — and sometimes homeowners
• Completing daily reports
• Showing up ready to work and ready to grow

What You Bring

• 1 year of construction experience (preferred)
• Experience with hand and power tools (preferred)
• Ability to read blueprints or follow written/oral instructions
• Valid driver’s license reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, work at heights, and handle outdoor conditions
• Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new responsibilities

Work Environment

• Mostly outdoors
• Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM – summer/winter hours may vary
• Occasional extended hours or weekends when needed
• Fast‑paced, team‑oriented, and quality‑driven
