What You’ll Do
Coach Athletes
- Lead high-energy small group training sessions for athletes (3rd–12th grade)
- Coach adult small group personal training sessions when needed
- Deliver professional, engaging coaching that athletes look forward to
- Ensure sessions are safe, structured, and results-driven
Lead Consultations & Enrollments
Great coaches help athletes get started on the right path.
In this role you will:
- Conduct athlete and adult Starting Point Sessions
- Lead consultations with athletes and parents
- Recommend the appropriate training program
- Follow up with prospective members
- Convert consultations into long-term memberships
This is a relationship-driven sales role, not pushy sales.
Families come to Hustle because they want help, your job is to guide them to the right solution.
Help Grow the Program
- Track key performance metrics (consults, enrollments, retention)
- Support local marketing initiatives and community outreach
- Maintain strong relationships with athletes, parents, and members
- Assist with CRM follow-up and athlete progress tracking
Develop as a Coach & Leader
- Participate in weekly professional development
- Study coaching systems, leadership, and athlete development
- Contribute ideas to improve programming and client experience
- Grow into leadership opportunities as Hustle expands
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a high-character, professional coach who is serious about their craft and committed to personal growth.
Required Qualifications
Certifications
- Nationally accredited fitness certification (CSCS, NASM, CPT, etc.)
- CPR / First Aid certified
Experience
- 2 years coaching in sports performance or personal training
- Experience coaching small groups preferred
Sales Experience – Required
- Minimum 1 year of membership, service, or consultation-based sales experience
- Comfortable discussing training programs and pricing with parents and adults
- Confident leading consultations and guiding people toward enrollment
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science / Kinesiology strongly preferred

Schedule
Typical weekly structure:
- 20–28 hours coaching on the training floor
- 12–16 hours dedicated to consultations, program leadership, and development
Availability required:
- Afternoon and evening athlete sessions
- Rotating Saturday mornings
- 1–2 weekday mornings

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
