Sports Performance Coach Intern

Role Description

This is an on-site, unpaid internship role located in Schaumburg, IL, designed for individuals passionate about athletic performance and development. The Summer Intern will assist in implementing ETS’s proven training systems, work with athletes of all levels, and contribute to enhancing their physical performance. Daily responsibilities include supporting coaches during training sessions, maintaining a safe and organized facility, and assisting with performance data collection and analysis. You will get weekly development via our internship curriculum, hands on coaching experience and if you’re a summer athlete FREE CUSTOM TRAINING by the Director.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of fitness, athletic performance, and sports training methodologies

• Interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with athletes, coaches, and colleagues

• Proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment

• Experience or coursework in kinesiology, sports science, or related fields is preferred

• Availability to work on-site at the Schaumburg, IL facility for the duration of the internship

• Passion for sports performance and helping athletes achieve their goals
