Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for events.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing communications and expectations throughout the event planning process.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure all event components are aligned and executed smoothly.
- Create and maintain detailed event timelines, budgets, and contracts to ensure successful project management.
- Conduct site visits and event previews to assess venue suitability and logistics requirements.
- Manage event marketing efforts, including social media promotions, to attract potential clients and attendees.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning, sales, or a related role.
- Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
