EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE FOUNDERS — HUSKY DESIGN BUILD

We are David Colon (Columbia Certified CM) and Samantha Colon (NCIDQ-Certified Interior Designer), founders of Husky Design Build — a firm built on elite execution, precision, and relentless commitment to excellence.

We are looking for an Executive Assistant who doesn’t just “help”—you operate, anticipate, and elevate everything around you.

WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO

You will be embedded directly with the founders.

Your role is to protect time, increase output, and eliminate friction.

• Manage and optimize calendars (personal business)
• Coordinate high-level meetings, calls, and travel
• Handle client communications with professionalism and precision
• Track projects, deadlines, and priorities across multiple moving parts
• Organize systems, files, and workflows so nothing slips
• Anticipate needs before they are spoken
• Act as a gatekeeper when needed—and a problem solver always
• Assist in business operations, light marketing coordination, and internal execution
• Handle personal logistics when required (this is a real EA role, not a title)

BONUS IF YOU HAVE

• Experience in construction, real estate, or high-end service environments
• Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday, etc.)
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball
• A mindset that aligns with growth, excellence, and long-term vision

COMPENSATION

Based on experience and performance.
