What We Offer…
- Starting pay: $18–$22/hr depending on experience.
- Probation period: Hourly pay only.
- After probation: Eligible for performance pay bonuses tied to production.
- Clear promotion path: Laborer → Installer → Lead Installer → Crew Lead.
- Typically 4 days per week, 32 hrs.
- Paid training with hands-on learning.
- Opportunities to grow as we expand into multiple California locations.

Basic Requirements…
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs and move at a fast pace (our products cure quickly).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Age 18 or older.
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset.
- Can pass a background check.
- Previous construction, painting, or flooring experience is a plus but not required.
