Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of all work areas, including countertops, ovens, and baking stations, adhering to food safety protocols
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools promptly to ensure smooth workflow during overnight shifts
- Operate cleaning equipment to ensure lobby and restrooms are up to company standards.
- Operate cleaning equipment to ensure front of house and back of house are up to company standards.
- Package baked goods, including donuts and pastries.
- Support food handling procedures to uphold hygiene and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Conduct routine cleaning of equipment and workspaces to ensure a sanitary environment at all times
Requirements
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling of baked goods and ingredients
- Ability to work independently during night hours with minimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail for quality control in baking and cleaning tasks
- Previous experience in high-volume production environments or catering is a plus
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed
