Role Description
The Accounting Support Admin is responsible for assisting in day-to-day accounting tasks and maintaining accurate financial records. This is a full-time on-site role based out of the corporate office in Greenville, PA.
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, reconciliations, and report generation.
· Maintain organized and accurate AP/AR financial records.
· Support financial analysis and reporting efforts as needed.
· Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
· Follow established procedures and instructions.
Qualifications:
· Experience with blanket purchase orders and reordering raw goods
· Familiar with cost accounting and analysis
· QuickBooks Shopify experience is a must; Spreetail and Hubspot experience is a bonus
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, functions, and data reporting
· Exceptional attention to detail
· Proactive and driven to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
