What You'll Be Doing:
- Opening and closing the site according to company procedures
- Helping ensure the site is ready for business and can operate safely
- Guiding vehicles onto the conveyor belt with precision and care
- Spraying and scrubbing vehicles—get ready to move!
- Performing basic maintenance checks and keeping wash equipment clean and functional
- Assisting customers with questions and ensuring a top-notch experience
- Keeping the vacuum area clean, organized, safe, and stocked with amenities
- Promoting our Hurricane Express Wash mobile app and unlimited wash memberships
- Helping the team meet membership sales and customer service goals
- Completing required opening and closing checklists accurately
- Supporting your team with whatever needs to be done to keep operations running smoothly
What We're Looking For:
- A reliable team player who shows up on time and is ready to work
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures
- Ability to take responsibility and lead by example
- A positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Comfortable promoting memberships and interacting with customers
- Ability to follow instructions and prioritize safety
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physically able to lift, move, and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Previous car wash, retail, or customer service experience is a plus!
