As long as hackers keep hacking, Huntress keeps hunting.What You'll Do:As Senior Manager, FP&A, you will play a key role in shaping Huntress financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization. You will help drive the company's financial planning processes, build scalable models, strengthen reporting, and partner closely with cross-functional leaders to bring clarity, discipline, and insight to a fast-growing business. By developing robust analytical tools, improving financial processes, and supporting the growth of the FP&A team, you will elevate Finance as a trusted business partner throughout the organization.Responsibilities:Strategic Planning, Forecasting, and Reporting:Manage key components of the annual budgeting process, quarterly re-forecasts, and long-range planning effortsOwn the corporate financial model, maintaining high-fidelity forecasts for P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash FlowAnalyze complex datasets to develop insights and actionable recommendations for the Executive TeamDevelop detailed financial models to support planning, corporate initiatives, and long-term forecastingBuild dashboards, reporting templates, and planning models that improve visibility into performance and future projectionsContribute to materials for the Executive Team and Board, including financial updates, performance insights, and strategic analysesDrive deep analysis into key SaaS metrics, including ARR Waterfall, NRR/GRR, CAC Payback, LTV, and gross marginsBusiness Partnering:Act as the dedicated finance partner to Executives and their operational leaders across departments (Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Security)Partner with Engineering and DevOps to track and forecast COGS, specifically focusing on cloud hosting costs (AWS/Azure) to maintain healthy Gross MarginsPartner with Marketing leadership to develop marketing funnel conversion performance analysis, Campaign performance, and ROI analysisConduct monthly budget vs. actual reviews, helping leaders understand their variances and manage their budgetsMentor team members and promote insight insight-driven cultureProvide guidance, coaching, and development for junior team membersContribute to building a collaborative, high-performing FP&A team environment as the function growsEncourage an accountability and ownership mindset, curiosity, proactive analysis, and continuous improvement within the FP&A teamBring forward ideas on improving processes, reporting, and analytical rigorWhat We Offer: 100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015Generous paid time off policy, including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays12 weeks of paid parental leaveHighly competitive and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits plans 401(k) with a 5% contribution regardless of employee contributionLife and Disability insurance plansStock options for all full-time employees One-time $500 reimbursement for building/upgrading home officeAnnual allowance for education and professional development assistance $75 USD/month digital reimbursementAccess to the BetterUp platform for coaching, personal, and professional growthHuntress is committed to creating a culture of inclusivity where every single member of our team is valued, has a voice, and is empowered to come to work every day just as they are.
