Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Houston, TX, for a Heating Air Conditioning Technician. Responsibilities include conducting preventive maintenance, identifying and troubleshooting HVAC system issues, performing repairs, and ensuring all work aligns with safety and regulatory standards. Additional tasks include assisting with plumbing and electrical system functions as part of overall building system maintenance.
Qualifications
- Experience in troubleshooting HVAC system issues to diagnose and resolve problems efficiently
- Proficient in performing preventive maintenance and basic plumbing-related tasks
- Understanding of EPA regulations and safety guidelines
- Knowledge of electrical systems and the ability to work with related components
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Relevant certifications, such as EPA 608 Certification, are highly advantageous
- Previous experience in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work is preferred
