About the Position:
This is a temporary position. Huntington Learning Center is collaborating with a public middle school in Crown Heights, Brooklyn to offer in-school tutoring to students. You will be tutoring 3 students at a time in a public school setting on behalf of Huntington Learning Center, 1.5 hours a day for 4 days a week. This contract is expected to start in November 2026 and end in January 2027. Paid training will be provided before the start date.
There is the possibility to transition into long-term part-time employment with Huntington directly in the Learning Center as one of our tutors. You can let your interviewer know if this is something you are interested in.
Pay for this position is set at $25 an hour, non-negotiable.

Requirements:
- Must hold a bachelor's degree.
- Must be able to teach Reading/ELA to middle schoolers.
- Must be available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday mornings in person.
- Some experience preferred.
