Hours:
- Part-time 15 - 25 hours per week. Flexible schedule.
- Summer Hours: 9am-7pm Monday-Thursday
- School Year Hours: Monday-Thursday 2pm-8pm, and Saturday 8am-2pm.
- Closed Fridays and Sundays.

The Program Coordinator’s typical day includes, but is not limited to:
- Managing the front office, welcoming students/families, answering phones/emails/texts, etc.
- Creating and maintaining student and teacher schedules.
- Managing payments, invoicing, and payroll tracking.
- Owning administrative duties and office organization.
- Administering student academic evaluations.
- Regularly teaching students in multiple grade levels.
For success, the Program Coordinator must have:
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (required).
- 1 year of administrative, customer service, and/or education experience.
- Must love working with kids and be able to tutor students in multiple grade levels.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding customer service and ability to build relationships.
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
