Hours:
- Up to 30 hours per week.
- Working hours are between 12-8:30pm Monday-Thursday, Fridays 1-7pm, and Saturdays 9-3pm.

The Program Coordinator’s typical day includes, but is not limited to:
- Managing the front office, welcoming students/families, answering phones/emails/texts, etc.
- Creating and maintaining student and teacher schedules.
- Addressing payments, invoicing, and payroll tracking.
- Owning administrative duties and office organization.
- Supporting marketing efforts to grow the center.
- Overseeing the student experience.
- Teaching students.
For success, the Program Coordinator must have:
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
- 1-3 years of administrative, customer service, and/or education experience.
- Must love working with kids and tutoring students in multiple grade levels.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding customer service and ability to build relationships.
