We are actively seeking a high energy, outgoing, professional for the Assistant Manager position at our Canton, Michigan location. The Assistant Manager will run daily business operations while overseeing and managing the front end office, teachers, and instruction programs.
Assistant Manager / Assistant Director responsibilities include:
- Manage front end administrative office.
- Train, schedule and supervise part-time teachers.
- Monitor center daily activity.
- Review student programs and ensure academic achievement.
- Instruct students.
- Participate in local marketing activities to help grow the business.

Requirements and qualifications include:
- Must have a 4-year degree to qualify.
