The Role:

Your Impact:
The primary functions of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Review, prepare, and submit manufacturer warranty claims accurately and on time.
- Ensure all warranty documentation complies with manufacturer standards and internal policies.
- Monitor the status of claims, follow up on rejections, and resolve discrepancies to maximize reimbursement.
- Communicate with service technicians and advisors to clarify repair documentation, labor times, and diagnostic procedures.
- Review Witech reports, technical bulletins, and diagnostic documentation to validate claim eligibility.
- Manage recalls, safety campaigns, and necessary documentation processing.
- Support dealership leadership and service team by providing warranty-related guidance and updates.
- Maintain internal warranty controls to support audit readiness and reduce financial risk.
- Track and report claim performance, trends, and reimbursement outcomes to management.
- Assist in training service department staff on warranty procedures, documentation best practices, and compliance updates.
