The Role:
As a Service Valet Attendant at Huntington Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram Hyundai Genesis, your primary responsibility is to keep the service lot organized and ensure an efficient flow of vehicles for our service team and customers. You will greet customers, assist with their vehicles, and support the service department with various tasks that enhance the overall customer experience. This is a part-time role for a self-starter who is reliable, hard-working, and enjoys working with cars, trucks, and Jeeps.
Your Impact:
The primary functions of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Greet customers in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Check in customer vehicles upon arrival.
- Pull customer vehicles to the service drive and park them appropriately.
- Organize and maintain the service lot.
- Check in and fuel loaner vehicles as needed.
- Provide shuttle service for customers.
- Transport vehicles to the car wash.
- Assist with lease returns.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
