Responsibilities:
- Comfortable managing high daily volume with accuracy
- Process RFQs through quotation, reviewing available drawings, specifications, and scope
- Enter and validate customer purchase orders, ensuring accuracy of part numbers, revisions, pricing, and delivery dates
- Own open order status updates, communicating delivery commitments, delays, and recovery plans
- Manage customer requirements, including documentation and portal updates
- Coordinate with engineering, planning, operations, and quality to resolve issues and drive order progression
- Manage NCRs, customer feedback, and RMAs through internal coordination and closure
- Provide routine order support to customers and internal teams; escalate as needed
- Maintain accurate ERP records and ensure orders are complete at entry
- Follow established procedures and work instructions to ensure consistency and compliance
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of customer service or order management experience
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret drawings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and ability to work across multiple systems
- Experience with ERP systems preferred, D365 a plus
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills with ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
