Corporate Controller

Responsibilities:

• Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.
• Oversee the activities of Titan’s Finance Department for the accurate and timely dissemination of financial management reports including, but not limited to internal and external monthly financial statements, annual budgets and annual audits.
• Manage the financial activities (including internal controls) of the Hunting Titan company by providing leadership and direction of financial activities through the finance and accounting staff, including those in the US, Canada and Mexico.
• Direct the activities of disbursement personnel, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable, purchase orders, petty cash, employee expense reports and cash control.
• Administer the activities of Accounts Receivable personnel to ensure the accurate and timely management of all accounts receivable aging components including billing and receipt applications.
• Lead the audit process and deliver timely unqualified audit reports that meet the deadlines of the company’s lenders.
• Establish and maintain systems and controls that verify the integrity of all systems, processes and data and enhance the company’s value.
• Set up and ensure a strong system of internal controls across entire Titan entities.
• Coordinate with Vice President of Finance to develop financial policy and procedures for Titan’s financial activities.
• Responsible for providing Treasury guidance and controls for Titan’s financial activities.
• Respond to the Vice President of Finance as assigned with accurate and timely work to facilitate his financial needs.
• Ensure timely and accurate month end and year-end closing processes.
• Take an aggressive approach to problem solving and enhancing the value of finance to the organization.
• Responsible for assisting the Vice President of Finance in preparing annual company plan that summarizes and forecasts company business activity and financial position in the areas if income, expenses and earnings based upon past, present and expected operations.
• Responsible for coordinating with the Titan compliance department in ensuring compliance with all FCPA, and Export Laws. Responsible for monitoring the fixed asset system.
• Alongside the Vice President of Finance and Managing Director, the Corporate Controller will provide assistance as required with due diligence and assimilation of all acquisitions, mergers and other business combinations.
• Mentor accounting team and provide appropriate training and progression.
• Bribery Act Compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
A. Education and Training

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• CPA preferred but not required.
• Five (5) plus years of progressive financial and accounting department management.

B. General Requirements

• Must have prior experience in staff planning, facilitating, process improvements, and change management.
• Able to travel as needed.
• Must not have any personal or legal domestic or international travel restrictions.
• Able to travel to and from customer locations.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Able to interface with both technical and non-technical personnel.
• Good interpersonal skills.

C. Technical Requirements / Skills

• Able to read and understand technical and non-technical documents as related to contracts and purchasing.
• Able to provide improvement to processes as required.
• Computer proficiency.
• Proven leadership and problem analysis skills.

D. Certificates, Licenses & Registrations

• Must have a valid driver’s license and record that conforms to company’s insurance policies, ATF, DOT, and State of other required Hazmat training.

E. Work Authorization / Security Clearance:

• Authorized to work in United States.
• Able to meet ATF & regulatory security requirements.
