AT A GLANCE
Location: On-site, any Hunter Truck location
Position Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
Pay: $20-$33/hour - Based on experience
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You’ll be the behind-the-scenes powerhouse ensuring warranty claims are accurate, compliant, and processed efficiently.
✔ Process and close warranty repair orders with precision
✔ File OEM warranty claims accurately and on time
✔ Review invoices to confirm labor, parts, fluids, and sublets are properly applied
✔ Code and submit claims following OEM and flat-rate guidelines
✔ Maintain accurate records in the Warranty Management Database System
✔ Edit repair order descriptions to meet vendor standards
✔ Act as the key liaison between Hunter Truck locations and OEM warranty departments
✔ Track parts returns and monitor claim progress
✔ Process warranty credits and coordinate with accounting
✔ Support team initiatives, meetings, and trainings

WHAT YOU BRING
◆ Associate’s degree or 5 years of experience as a Warranty Analyst or Service Writer (preferred)
◆ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
◆ Valid Driver’s License and ability to meet company insurability standards
◆ OEM Certification (or ability to obtain)
◆ A proactive mindset and strong attention to detail
