Pay: $90,000 - $110,000/year - based on experienceWhat You’ll DoAs a Senior Pricing Analyst, you will be critical to driving analytical-based decision-making and will focus on developing the overall analytic capability of the organization, with particular focus on part pricing, profitability, and competitive market trends. You will:Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insightsDevelop and maintain parts pricing modelsAnalyze cost structures, supplier pricing, and competitive market data to recommend optimal price pointsPartner with IT to develop Power BI capabilitiesSupport the parts department with pricing guidance to maintain both competitiveness and margin objectivesRegularly review pricing reports, margin performance, and sales trendsIdentify underperforming products, margin leakage, and pricing opportunitiesPrepare detailed pricing analysis, dashboards, and recommendations for leadership reviewPartner with Finance, Sales, and Operations to ensure pricing strategies are understood and implemented consistentlyProvide training and communication to teams on pricing policies, adjustments, and rationaleWork with Finance to validate cost data, rebate structures, and vendor terms in effort to maintain a robust rebate module within ProcedeMonitor industry and competitor pricing trends to keep Hunter Truck’s pricing competitiveRecommend process improvements and tools to streamline pricing activitiesParticipate in special projects such as incentive program analysis, parts promotions, and vendor negotiationsPartner with business segments to understand key drivers and support strategic initiativesSupport scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis for strategic planning and M&A activitiesWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field preferred.Five plus years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, data analytics, or related fields.Experience in automotive/heavy-duty truck industry preferred.Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) and ERP systems (e.g. Procede, CDK, SAP) is a plus.Collaborative team player with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Licenses & Certifications:Valid Driver’s License (must meet company insurability standards)Why Join Hunter Truck?✅ Competitive Pay Incentives✅ Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability Insurance✅ 401(k) with Company Match✅ Paid Training & Career Growth Opportunities✅ Stable, Family-Owned Company Since 1938✅ Team-Oriented CultureHunter Truck is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
